I’ve moved from my initial Mastodon instance (mad.to) to the newly-created (thanks @paulgp). I have many Twitter contacts outside econ that I value highly, but this forum seems to be providing an easier way to get started finding people. I’ll keep looking at other instances to find my others as they arrive. My God, what an effective new mechanism for procrastination this is!

For the most part #EconTwitter was a warm and supportive haven on the bird site, and I trust that this offshoot on Mastodon will prove to be the same.
